    Yes. Your account lets you keep a track of all the information related to your order(s).     An email conformation will be sent to you, usually within 30 minutes of completing your order. You will also receive a confirmation by SMS on your given mobile number.

    Yes. Cambridge Apparels delivers to most PIN codes throughout the country. However, you can check the service code on our website and get a further confirmation if a product can be delivered to your PIN code.

    On logging in to ‘My Account’ and clicking on ‘My Orders’, you will be provided with complete details of your order, including its status. An SMS would be sent to your registered mobile number with the details of the courier partner along with the AWB number. You can also track your order using the AWB number on their respective website.

    No. You cannot add more items to an order that has already been placed. You can place another order for the items/products you want to purchase from our online store.

  • Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

    On placing an order from www.cambridgeapparels.com, the details of your order are populated in your ‘My Account’. You can choose to cancel an order and then contact our customer service helpline on +91 – 22 – 24133391. We won’t be able to cancel the order once your package has already left the warehouse. If you have paid using credit/debit card or internet banking, you may choose not to accept the order and we will refund the amount to you, once the shipment is returned to us. You will have to initiate a return once you have received the order and in accordance with our return policies.

  • Can I return or exchange a product purchased from www.cambridgeapparels.com?

    All items purchased from our online store can be returned within 15 days upon receiving the product. You can initiate a pickup of your order/item by going to My Account > Returns/Refunds. Alternatively, you can call our customer service helpline on +91 – 22 – 24133391. It is only possible for us to accept products with tags that are returned in their original state. Products should not be used or show any signs of usage.  A valid bill or email conformation of your order must be shown before returning the product. The price and other tags have to remain intact on the garment for a product to be considered for an exchange or return.
