CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We, at CAMBRIDGE do our best to make sure our product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We do, however understand that some customers may want to return or exchange the product after receiving them due to a number of different reasons. No refund requests will be entertained for products damaged by the customer. However, products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product or service, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Only unused products with tags intact and attached to the garment can be exchanged.
Or you may send the product / products & its invoice through a reliable courier to Marks Fashions, Building No. 182 & 189, Gala No. 5, Indian Corporation, Gundavali, Dapode Road,
Opp. Gajanan Petrol Pump, Mankoli Naka, Bhiwandi – 421302 (we refund your courier charges to your bank a/c within 7-10 business days)

There are cases where customers have placed an order by mistake or have changed their mind and would like to cancel their purchase/order. If this is the case, you can send us an e-mail at email@example.com You can also drop us a message from your customer account.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address
After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
Package refused by recipient.
In case of minor design and colour variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
