We, at CAMBRIDGE do our best to make sure our
product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We
do, however understand that some customers may want to return or exchange the
product after receiving them due to a number of different reasons. No refund
requests will be entertained for products damaged by the customer. However,
products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged as per our exchange

If you are not satisfied with your product or
service, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Only unused products with
tags intact and attached to the garment can be exchanged.

Gajanan Petrol Pump, Mankoli Naka, Bhiwandi – 421302 (we refund your courier charges to your bank
a/c within 7-10 business days)

There are cases where customers have placed an
order by mistake or have changed their mind and would like to cancel their

refunds will be given in the following cases:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address
After 2 failed delivery attempts by our
Package refused by recipient.
In case of minor design and colour variations.
There will always be some variation in color between products you see online
and products you get in hand.
